Frequently Asked Questions

 

1.  Are you an official Mori Lee stockist?

Yes, Jovita's Bridal Boutique is an authorized Mori Lee retailer based in Sydney, Australia. 

We are also an authorized retailer for ExecuKids, Varce, Scuzzati and all the other brands sold through our online store.

2.  How long will it take to receive my item?

Please check our Shipping page for more information on the delivery times for your order. 

 


 

3.  Do you have this style in stock?

The easiest way to find out is to use the search function in our online store. 

If you know the specific style number or name of the product you are looking for, simply enter this into the search box on our website and click the magnifying glass to start your search. 

The search box is located across the horizontal navigation bar of our website.  See the pic below for an example (highlighted in yellow):

4.  Do you have this colour in stock?

The colours we have available for each product in our store is listed under the product's description.

If the colour you are after is not listed, then unfortunately we do not have it in stock.

5.  Can I request a refund or return an item?

Please check our Returns page for more information on our store's returns policy.

 


 

6.  What payment methods do you accept? 

  • Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through Paypal. A PayPal account is not required for these transactions.
  • PayPal - Paypal accounts, credit card transactions (as above), eChecks, bank transfers.
  • Direct Deposit - For Australian and New Zealand customers only.  For international customers who would like to pay via a bank transfer, please use Paypal.

 

Cheques & Money Orders - We do not accept Cheques or Money Orders as a payment method through our online store.

Cash on Delivery (COD) - We do not accept COD as a payment method through our online store.

Bank transfers can be made through Paypal if you wish to use this payment method when placing your order on our website.  You must have a bank account that is connected to your Paypal account in order to do this.  Please visit the Paypal website for more information on creating a Paypal account, where you can also find out how to connect your Paypal account to your bank account.

Direct Deposits are available to Australian and New Zealand customers only.  Our account details will be displayed during the check out process, and you will also receive an invoice via email for your reference.  For faster processing of your order, please remember to include the invoice number as a reference when making your deposit.  

 


 

7.  Do you accept online Lay-By orders? 

We currently accept Lay-By orders from local Australian customers only.

Our Lay-By options include Direct Deposit and Bank Transfers or a Paypal Installment Plan which direct debits your nominated Paypal account every 8 weeks. 

If you would like to place a Lay-By order with us online, please download and complete the Lay-By Agreement Form prior to placing your order.

Once you have completed the form, please return the signed copy to orders@jovitasbridal.com or fax it to us at (02) 9603 3133.

 


 

8.  How do online Lay-By orders work? 

Lay-By orders are specifically created for each Australian customer once we have received a completed copy of their Lay-By Agreement Form.

The order is then added to the Lay-By Orders section of our website with the customer's preferred payment method (either via Direct Deposit or a Paypal installment plan).

We recommend that all our customers create an account with us during or prior to checkout before proceeding to shop with us online using the Lay-By option.

You can then check the progress of your order at any time by visiting the My Account section of our online store.  All notifications regarding your order are automatically sent to the email address you provide to us during account registration.

To place a Lay-By order with us online, please download and complete the Lay-By Agreement Form prior to placing your order.

9.  How do I pay for my Lay-By order online? 

This is a step by step process of how to pay for your Lay-By order online:

 

a)  Visit the Lay-By Orders section of our website.

The product you wish to purchase on Lay-by will be displayed once you have completed and returned your Lay-By Agreement Form.

 

b)  Click on the product you wish to purchase using Lay-by. 

You should then be able to view the preferred payment option you have chosen:

Lay-by Options: Paypal Installments or Direct Deposit

Paypal Installment Plans - Please click on the Instalment Plan button.  You will then be taken to the Paypal website to make your first deposit and set up recurring payments.

Direct Deposit / Bank Transfers - Please click the Add to Cart button and checkout using the Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit option.  Our account details will be made visible once you have confirmed your order.

Lay-By-Direct-Deposits

Please note that we do require a 50% deposit to begin the Lay-By order process. 

Your order details will be updated in the My Account section of our online store and you will also be notified via email regarding the progress of your order or when a payment is received and cleared.
