The Jovita's Bridal Boutique Returns Policy
Jovita's Bridal does accept returns, exchanges and refunds for the items sold on this website based on the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
Please read these terms carefully before making your purchase, or before pursuing a refund or exchange. It will save you time and enable us to better assist you if any problems relating to your order should arise.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to organise a refund or exchange, please contact us at returns@jovitasbridal.com to discuss this further with one of our representatives. To enable us to further assist you, please have the details of your order and your order's reference number ready when speaking with our friendly staff.
Damaged or defective goods
All of our products are carefully inspected for quality assurance purposes before they are shipped to our customers.
We strongly recommend that all of our customers inspect their goods on arrival before signing for the delivery. This will ensure that the freight company will be held responsible if the goods have been damaged while in transit.
We allow refunds, returns, repairs and exchanges (if time permits) for up to 2 weeks upon delivery for damaged and defective goods, provided that the goods are still in 'New' condition and have already been reported to Jovita's Bridal Boutique as damaged or defective when the goods were received.
'New' condition means that the goods must still be:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- With the original tags attached
- Has no signs of other damage or wear apart from the reported damage and/or defect
Should your item be found damaged or defective on arrival, please contact us at returns@jovitasbridal.com as soon as possible. This will allow us to organise a suitable arrangement with you and deal with the freight company on your behalf.
Change of mind
We cannot cancel, modify or refund an order once it has been placed if you:
- Change your mind
- Found a similar product you would like to buy elsewhere
- If the product has already been delivered
Once you have placed your order, we do not allow for cancellations, refunds or exchanges under a 'change of mind' reason. Therefore please choose carefully and make sure you are aware of our Terms and Conditions before placing your order.
If you have made a mistake while placing your order and need it corrected, please contact us at orders@jovitasbridal.com within 48 hours of placing your order so that we can correct this for you.
Once the 48 hour time period has lapsed, we cannot further modify or exchange your order under a 'change of mind' reason.
Sale items
Unfortunately we do not issue refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations for sale items. All purchases of sale items are final and cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.
Wrong colour or size
Each customer needs to specify their preferred colour and size for each order they place in our online store. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the details they provide are correct before finalizing their payments in our online store.
We strongly recommend that all customers check our Size Charts for the correct measurements of each of our items before placing an order.
Once you have placed your order, we do not allow for cancellations or refunds under a 'Wrong colour or size' reason. Therefore please choose carefully and make sure you are aware of our Terms and Conditions before you place an order.
If you have made a mistake with your order and need it corrected, please contact us at orders@jovitasbridal.com within 24 hours of placing your order so that we can correct this for you.
Once the 24 hour time period has lapsed, we cannot further modify, cancel, refund or exchange your order under a 'Wrong Colour or Size' reason.
Returned Items
The damage or defects of any items returned for repair or exchange to Jovita's Bridal Boutique will be assessed prior to further action. The goods should be returned in 'New' condition and should have already been reported to Jovita's Bridal Boutique as damaged or defective prior to being returned.
'New' condition means that the goods must still be:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- With the original tags attached
- Has no signs of other damage or wear apart from the reported damage and/or defect
